An inspired collaboration between Alexandre Gabriel at Maison Ferrand and cocktail historian David Wondrich, this small batch pineapple rum is a blend of aged Plantation rum infused with pineapple, and a distillation of pineapple rind macerated in unaged rum. The result is a unique and elegant spirit that shines in summer cocktails equally as well as in a glass with ice. This is the taste of the Caribbean. Quantities are extremely limited.
